- Get paid. Your payment is mailed within 5 business days after we receive your shipment.

Before You Ship
- Prices are per cartridge, for OEM (original manufacturer) cartridges only.
- Listed models only. We pay only for the models on this list. If yours isn’t listed, check back — the list changes all the time.
- Meet the minimum. Send at least 8 used laser cartridges or 25 used inkjet cartridges to qualify for free shipping labels.
- No remanufactured cartridges. We don’t buy remanufactured, refilled, compatible or generic third-party brands.
- No starter cartridges. We don’t buy starter, introductory or instant ink cartridges.
Tips to Get Paid in Full
- Ship cartridges in their original boxes and packaging when possible.
- Without the original boxes, wrap each cartridge individually in bubble wrap, newspaper or kraft paper.
- Never ship cartridges plastic on plastic — we can’t give credit for cartridges damaged by improper packaging.
- Include your packing slip inside the box so we can identify your shipment.
Minimum Cartridge Requirements
To qualify for free shipping labels, you must send a minimum of 8 used laser cartridges or 25 used inkjet cartridges.
Here’s the exception: if you meet the minimum for either laser or inkjet cartridges, you may ship fewer than the minimum of the other type. For example, if your shipment has 8 empty laser cartridges, it’s OK to include fewer than 25 empty inkjets. The same rule applies if you meet the 25-inkjet minimum.
