- Meet the minimum. You need at least 8 used laser cartridges or 25 used inkjet cartridges to qualify for free shipping labels.
- Choose the brand of your used toner, ink or drum cartridge. OEM brand cartridges only.
- Choose the part number of each cartridge.
- Enter the quantity of each used cartridge.
- Click “Sell Us Your Empties.”
- Check your email for your prepaid shipping label(s) and packaging instructions.

Minimum Cartridge Requirements
To qualify for free shipping labels, you must send a minimum of 8 used laser cartridges or 25 used inkjet cartridges.
Here’s the exception: if you meet the minimum for either laser or inkjet cartridges, you may ship fewer than the minimum of the other type. For example, if your shipment has 8 empty laser cartridges, it’s OK to include fewer than 25 empty inkjets. The same rule applies if you meet the 25-inkjet minimum.

- Starter or introductory cartridges that came with your machine when it was purchased
- Instant Ink cartridges
